These terms cover how you use PitchMath (pitchmath.com). PitchMath is a trading name of Azimjon Khusanboev, a sole trader based in Seoul, South Korea. Using the site means you accept them.
What PitchMath is
PitchMath is a football data analysis and graphics tool. It turns recorded match statistics into descriptive analysis and lets creators export branded graphics. It does not provide predictions, gambling advice, or any guarantee about a result.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password safe. One person per account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site, resell the raw data, or overload the service. Do not put unlawful, hateful or infringing material into custom text blocks, and do not impersonate a club or person you do not represent.
Your content and ours
You own the graphics you export and the text you write. PitchMath owns the platform, the template families, and the way the underlying data is compiled and presented. Your brand assets stay yours — you grant us only the limited right to store and render them so the service can work.
About the data
Statistics are informational and come from third-party providers. They can contain errors, gaps or delays. PitchMath is descriptive football data for information and creative use — it is not financial, investment or gambling advice, and must not be relied on as such.
Plans and limits
The Free and Pro plans, their current limits and prices are shown on the pricing page. Limits and prices may change with reasonable notice. Founding-creator access is free for a limited time and a limited number of creators.
Service availability
We aim for reliable service but provide it on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed uptime commitment on the free plan. Features may change as the product evolves.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Studio → Account. Deletion becomes permanent after a 7-day window in which you can change your mind. Cancelling a paid subscription is a separate action and does not delete your account or your work — it moves you to the Free plan. We will never delete an account as a side effect of a billing event.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify active users. Continued use means you accept the update.
