Billing questions
- What counts as an export?
- One downloaded image counts as one export. Re-downloading an image you already generated does not count again. A Matchday Pack counts each generated output.
- What is a Matchday Pack?
- A coordinated set of two to five graphics built from one match, one pinned data snapshot and one look. Every output in it counts as one export, an output the data cannot support is left out rather than filled in, and the ZIP is offered once every image in the pack is current — the individual images stay downloadable before that. Free includes one watermarked pack per calendar month.
- When is the watermark applied?
- Free exports carry a small pitchmath.com credit. Pro exports carry none. The watermark is decided at generation time, so upgrading and re-generating removes it.
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Cancel any time from Studio; Pro stays active until the period you paid for ends. Refunds follow the published refund policy.
- How is Founding Creator different from Pro?
- Pro is a normal paid plan you buy. Founding Creator is a 20-place feedback programme you apply to; accepted creators get 60 days of Pro access from activation and a held launch price afterwards.
