Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled for PitchMath paid access.

1. Digital Subscription Service

PitchMath provides digital access to analytics features and data tools. When paid Pro access is activated, you receive access to additional platform functionality.

2. General Refund Rule

Unless required by law, paid access fees are generally non-refundable once access to the service has been provided.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or billed in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review the transaction.

4. Technical Issue Review

If a major technical issue prevents reasonable use of the service, contact support with details. We will investigate and, if the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, we may provide a refund or service credit at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of paid access at any time. If recurring billing is enabled in the future, cancellation will stop future charges but does not automatically refund already processed charges unless required by law.
